Graeme Yardley is a global supply chain leader with more than 25 years’ experience across energy, chemicals, manufacturing, and global procurement. 

Currently at Shell, he specialises in complex supply chain strategy, sustainability, digitalisation, and transformation leadership.

Having previously completed an MBA in Strategic Procurement and attended the Oxford University Scenarios Programme, Graeme now also guest lectures on the MBA programme at the University of Bath, where he teaches supply chain strategy, innovation, and leadership.

He also serves as an advisor to several ClimateTech ventures and Startups.

Graeme is the author of the Future Chain Digest, a monthly Sub stack publication exploring the ideas shaping the next decade of sustainable, resilient supply chains.

Outside of work, he enjoys reading, writing, time with family and walking his dog, Barney.
